Account Security

The Website currently uses Google/Facebook/Apple third-party login features and does not record login passwords or any data during the login process.

If you discover that your member account or password has been illegally used or misused, or you discover any security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify the Website and assist in providing specific evidence. The relevant measures taken by the Website are to protect the members’ rights and do not constitute any express or implied guarantee or compensation liability; the Website is not liable for any illegal use of members’ accounts and passwords.

Provided Services

  1. Video Courses: Members can purchase “limited-time” or “lifetime access” video course content with a one-time payment. After the course is opened, members can select the course units they want to watch and learn. After the limited-time course viewing period expires, members will not be able to continue watching the course and can repurchase the viewing rights.
  2. Subscription Columns: Members can pay regularly to subscribe and view the knowledge content of the project initiator. The viewing rights for a subscription period are 30 days. If the subscription is not renewed before the 30-day period expires, the viewing and usage rights of the column will be lost.

Transaction Behavior and Refund Policy

  1. Members should follow the quantity and price confirmation mechanism provided by the Website when purchasing paid courses.
  2. Members purchasing paid courses provided by the Website can exercise their rights according to the Consumer Protection Law. If there is any doubt about the transaction behavior, it should be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
  3. According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, digital content or services provided to consumers can be viewed immediately. Therefore, they are not within the 7-day trial period stipulated by the Consumer Protection Law. Please review the course content through trial videos before confirming payment.
  4. For “content subscription” (columns) provided by the Website, as the content can be viewed immediately upon payment and even if the next subscription is canceled, you will still have full access to the content for one period (30 days). Therefore, refunds for personal reasons will not be processed.
  5. If you have legitimate reasons to request a refund, please email the refund request to “[email protected].” To verify your identity, please use the account email used to purchase the Website’s courses. After confirming eligibility for a refund, follow the instructions to complete the refund process and wait for the Website to complete the refund. The format for refund requests is as follows:

  1. The timing for determining if the refund request is overdue will be based on the “time of sending the refund request email.”

If any part of these Terms is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other terms.

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first negotiate in good faith.
